An expansive private courtyard area, surrounded by trees, is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and doors from the kitchen lead to an attractive patio for outside dining.
The property is surrounded by 2 acre grounds. The D.O.C. vineyard has 500 Montepulciano (red) and 30 Trebbiano (white) vines, and an adjoining olive grove contains 100 trees. Two fruit orchards provide a wide selection of fruit, including apricots, loquat and pomegranates, as well as a large vegetable garden, meaning that there is always fresh produce, freely available to our guests. | |

The accommodation is on the ground floor, easily accessible with its own front door. The south-facing aspect means that the apartment is naturally well-lit and bright. All the floors are tiled. The thick walls and double shutters mean that the property is cool in summer and warm in winter. The apartment is centrally heated and double glazed. |

There are a selection of garden chairs, sun loungers and outside tables, together with a hammock in the fruit orchard. There is also an outdoor pizza oven.
From the grounds, you can see miles of marvellous countryside, rolling hills and local towns and villages, such as Penne and Loreto. There are fantastic views of the Gran Sasso and Maiella mountain ranges. |
