1. Choice of Properties

We work as part of one of Italy's leading national estate agencies, Italiancase, who have over 3,000 properties for sale. So, although we are based in the office of Elice, we can help you buy a house not only in Abruzzo, but also in the whole of Italy. We also collaborate with other local estate agencies, giving you a wider choice in the Abruzzo region.

We offer a wide selection of properties for sale, from mountain chalets, seaside apartments, modern villas, country and farm houses, townhouses and modern palazzi - the choice is yours!

2. Cost

You won't be paying extra for our pre-sale services. We carry out our property search and purchase services free of charge. You only pay the usual commission to our estate agent, which is the standard fee here in Italy, once you purchase your property.

3. Realistic House Prices

We work as part of an Italian estate agency whose clients have been mostly Italian. Therefore the house prices are not raised for the 'foreign' market.

Abruzzo Reality was founded in 2005 and operates as part of Abruzzo Country Houses estate agency, with the aim of providing the additional services required by the foreign market. Our office is situated close to the characteristic, medieval town of Elice, in the province of Pescara.
