Description
Loreto Aprutino is a town unique in its beauty, with its intersecting streets, where you can still breathe the medieval atmosphere. It is a south-facing town and a destination for many tourists, that is famous for the production of olive oil and high quality wines. Casa del Maestro dates back to the early 1900s and was then the home of Maestro Tereo (school teacher, journalist, expert in the art of ceramics, as well as director of the Acerbo ceramics museum).
There is a large space around the house, with easy access, previously by means of carts pulled by animals, but today even by car you can park in front of the property. The house was renovated in 2003 and is composed as follows: large entrance on the ground floor where we find a lounge with dining area, kitchen and living room, all in a single open-space environment, a bathroom with laundry and two storage rooms. A comfortable and characteristic internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of three double bedrooms with respective balconies and a bathroom.
Habitable immediately.
Excellent to live and for a B. & B.
