Pescara, on the coast and a 45-minute car journey away, is a bustling, modern city and port, and the airport has flights to several European destinations. There are good local schools for all age ranges.


Appignano is a wonderful village to live in both as a resident or as a holiday homeowner. The property is a very short distance from the friendly village bar: a hub of social life, where you can eat excellent pizzas as well as enjoying a range of local wines and refreshing Italian beers.
