We are 2 Danish families who recently has bought a house in Abruzzo. We have been very satisfied with Tracey and Abruzzoreality from the first day. The process of buying or selling a home in Italy can be very complicated and confusing for non-Italian residents, especially if you don’t speak fluent Italian, cannot be there in person to attend the closing, or meet with a realtor on a regular basis. My husband and I are forever grateful to have had Tracey working on our behalf and making sure that every detail was taken care of. As a Realtor, Tracey is 100% committed to her clients, and we felt she represented us consistently with professionalism and backing. She seems to work round the clock, answering emailed questions from us (from the United States) even when we knew it was very late at night in Italy (not expected, but very much appreciated!). We bought our house via Abruzzo Reality a couple of years ago. We contacted them via internet and went to Abruzzo to have a look at several houses that were available at that moment. Tracey organised the trip to the different houses and yes...We fell in love with one particular house. From that moment on, Tracey took care of everything for us to be able to buy the house. Even now, when bills have to be paid, when meetings have to be organised and other problems have to be solved, she takes care of it. She took care of finding a gardener, someone to take care of the pool, etc...

We have known Tracey and Pete for several years as our right hand people in the Abruzzo. It would have proved extremely difficult if not impossible to manage renovations and ongoing work to our holiday home without them. Tracey has been consistently diligent, efficient and organized in her work, whether it be getting plumbers and builders in and overseeing work done, paying bills or managing holiday guest requests, changeovers, trips to and from the airport, with Pete doing gardening, maintenance and painting. They are always willing, always quick to respond via email or phone, with plenty of initiative and suggestions.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not regret your decision should you choose them …we certainly never have and count them now as friends as well.

We've been using Tracey's property management service for almost 10 years now and don't know how we would have managed without her. We were looking at houses in Abruzzo for quite some time as we were quite fussy on what we wanted and it had to be within a specific budget. We used Abbruzzo Reality for the sale of our house. Their service was very good and they were able to find a good number of people to look at the house. Once a buyer was found, all of the necessary documentation, notary appointments, handover of utilities were taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company’s services.
